Frequently asked questions about pricing
The free demo gives you access to the basic features of soev.ai with a limit of 100 messages. You can explore the platform, test the chatbot and get an impression of the capabilities. There are no costs involved and you don't need to provide a credit card.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upon upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. Downgrading is possible at the end of your current billing period.
The Team plan is billed monthly based on the number of active users. You pay €35 per user per month. We offer a discount for annual billing. Contact us for the exact terms.
The Enterprise plan is fully custom. We discuss your specific needs, the number of users, desired integrations and any custom requirements. Based on that, we put together a proposal with pricing that fits your situation.
Standard integrations (OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) are included in the Team and Enterprise plans. Custom connectors for specific systems are part of the Enterprise plan or can be quoted separately.
The Demo plan is completely non-binding. For the Team plan, we apply a standard monthly notice period. For Enterprise agreements, we determine the contract duration in consultation.
When you reach the 100-message limit, you can easily upgrade to the Team plan with 1,000,000 tokens per user per month. Or book a demo with our team. We'd love to show you more of the capabilities.
All listed prices are excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate (21%) is shown separately on the invoice.
